Course overview

Designed for developers with little or would like to have more knowledge about Scrum or plan to join a Scrum-Team in the near future. This course is optimized for software development projects in order to give you the confidence to join and work easily within a Scrum team. Basic knowledge about Scrum is expected and some experiences preferred.

About Certification

All attendees who complete the course will become Certified Scrum Masters (CSMs), and will be listed on the Scrum Alliance website’s CSM registry

Course Details

Cover Scrum framework which targets on developing a deeper understanding of Scrum both theory and practice from the Scrum Master perspective.

• Day 1: Background of roles, empirical process control, and the key differences between Scrum and other methods of developing new products.

• Day 2: Product Owner and the Team roles in practical. How to create and maintain successful backlog? How to plan effectively? How to get the best of Scrum meetings for your team?

• Day 3: Scrum Master role, scaling up and organizational obstacles.
