SPEAKER - RAY KORDUPLESKI

Mr Ray Kordupleski is the father of CVM concept and has initiated many CVM techniques, now being used worldwide. He has regularly addressed the annual AMERICAN MARKETING ASSOCIATION (AMA) Conferences and was the feature speaker at the 2nd, 10th annual AMA Congress and 19th annual AMA Conference. Ray was also the  keynote speaker at LIMRA International Conference. He has spoken about Customer Value Management to over 65,000 individuals around the world.

Mr Ray Kordupleski will be presenting the concept of Customer Value Management (CVM) from different angles, walk participants through real impact stories, activities and discussions.
