Concert thứ 2 của SIGF 2017 giới thiệu recital của nghệ sĩ Nhật từng thắng giải nhiều cuộc thi guitar quốc tế, Arai Tomonori, cùng nghệ sĩ guitar trẻ xuất sắc của Pháp Thomas Csaba, giải nhất Tokyo International Guitar Competition 2014 và giải nhì cuộc thi danh giá của Guitar Foundation of America cùng năm 2014.

Tomonori Arai was born in Shibuya, Tokyo, winner of the first Prize at the Junior Guitar Competition, the Student Guitar Competition, and the Spanish Guitar Music Competition. His recordings include solo CDs, "Abrir" "Castillos de Espana" "Simple Essence," guitar trio "Harpo Rhythm, and guitar duo “The Summer Islands” (Wood note studio, 2011 ) with Gen Matsuda and “Aqua in Summer Countries” (2014) with Hitoshi Miyashita. In April 2016 flute and guitar duo album "Beyond the Pyrenees" with Yoshie Ueno was released from Octavia Records. From 2013 to 2015 he performed in 12 different regions around Japan with flutist Yoshie Ueno for JELA (The Japan Evangelical Lutheran Association) sponsored charity event "child support charity concert of the world." Arai has held recitals in Germany, Austria, France, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Italy, Thailand, Nepal, and the Philippines. He is presently teaching in Ueno Gakuen University and the Gendai Guitar Academy.

Tomonori Arai sinh tại Shibuya, Tokyo; anh từng đoạt giải nhất ở các cuộc thi “Junior Guitar Competition”, “Student Guitar Competition” và “Spanish Guitar Music Competition”. Anh thu âm các đĩa độc tấu như: “Abrir”, “Castillos de Espana”, “Simple Essence”, cùng với đĩa tam tấu“Harpo Rhythm”, song tấu guitar “The Summer Islands” (Wood note studio, 2011) cùng với Gen Matsuda và “Aqua in Summer Countries” (2014) song tấu cùng Hitoshi Miyashita. Vào tháng tư năm 2016, Octavia Records phát hành album song tấu của anh cùng với nghệ sĩ flute Yoshie Ueno mang tên "Beyond the Pyrenees". Từ  năm 2013 đến năm 2015, anh đã biểu diễn tại 12 vùng miền khác nhau ở Nhật Bản cùng với nghệ sĩ flute Yoshie Ueno cho hiệp hội JELA (The Japan Evangelical Lutheran Association) trong chuỗi các hoạt động âm nhạc từ thiện giúp đỡ cho trẻ em trên thế giới. Arai cũng tổ chức các buổi biểu diễn ở Đức, Áo, Pháp, Cộng Hoà Séc, Bỉ, Ý, Thái Lan, Nepal và Philippines. Hiện nay anh giảng dạy tại Đại học Ueno Gakuen University và Học Viện Guitar Gendai.

Thomas Csaba performs concerts of both solo and chamber music throughout Europe and Asia. In addition to his musical studies, Thomas studied fine arts, which has allowed him to collaborate with stage actors and visual artists. In 2012, he produced “Bluebird”, which brought together music and image by projecting his own drawings during the performance of “Music of Memory” by Nicholas Maw. In 2016, a similar project based on the Benjamin Britten's "Nocturnal op.41" was created in Japan. During the year 2014 Thomas Csaba won the 2nd prize of the prestigious Guitar Foundation of America, the 3rd prize of the Festival de la guitarra de Sevilla and the 1st prize of the Nagoya and Tokyo guitar international competition which will bring him to play concerts in Japan and Indonesia.

In 2016, his first recording brings together three masterpieces of the XXe century composed by Benjamin Britten, Toru Takemitsu and Nicholas Maw.

Thomas biểu diễn solo và hoà tấu thính phòng khắp Châu Âu và Châu Á. Bên cạnh đó, Anh còn học về Mỹ thuật, Anh cộng tác với các đạo diễn sân khấu và các nghệ sĩ nghệ thuật trực giác khác. Năm 2012, anh ra mắt “Bluebird”, mang đến sự kết hợp giữa hội hoạ và âm nhạc bằng tranh vẽ của anh trong buổi biểu diễn “Music of Memory” của Nicholas Maw. Năm 2016, một dự án tương tự dựa trên tác phẩm “Nocturnal op.41” của Benjamin Britten được trình diễn ở Nhật Bản. Trong năm 2014, Thomas Csaba đã giành giải Nhì tại cuộc thi guitar nổi tiếng Guitar Foundation of America, giải Ba tại cuộc thi guitar Sevilla, giải Nhất tại cuộc thi quốc tế Nagoya và cuộc thi Guitar quốc tế Tokyo, mang đến cho anh các buổi hoà nhạc ở Nhật Bản và Indonesia.

Năm 2016, anh thu âm các tác phẩm của ba nhà soạn nhạc thế kỉ XX là Benjamin Britten, Toru Takemitsu và Nicholas Maw.
