Your first date with UX covers the who, what, why and where basics of UX. Starting with looking at what UX is, the specialties it consists of, how it helps product design, who needs it and when, how a typical UX project works and a look at output of the UX process. Perfect for those interested in pursuing UX either as a career path or to supplement their existing skills

Jon draws from his considerable experience and passion in design and usability, to manage senior teams in the pursuit of crafting highly intuitive user experiences, from even the most complex web requirements.

Jon’s career encompasses a variety of global and specialty consulting firms and his entrepreneurial efforts resulted in a portfolio of successful web properties and operating a Toronto based design agency for over a decade.

He looks to globally increase UX awareness and understanding, by sharing the insights gained from having worked on many medium to enterprise-class UX projects.
