Get ready for the adventure of a lifetime! Dragon Adventure Race Events (DARE for short) is excited to introduce Vietnam to obstacle course racing with the inaugural Dragon Dash. Set against the backdrop of Vietnam’s largest city and most well-recognized township, the course will have you experience Phu My Hung like you never have before.
Conquer obstacles designed to test your mind and body and experience a rush of achievement when you cross the finish line. Dress up, dress down, take part solo or with a team and enjoy an experience that has exploded in popularity across the globe.
The Dragon Dash will be approximately 5km in length and be packed with more than 15 obstacles (do all or some – no judgments). The course is designed to encourage teamwork, requires limited training, but remains challenging enough to provide a real sense of accomplishment at the finish. It will be you and scores of others, doing whatever is needed to get each other across the finish line. Leave No One Behind.
Looking for more of a challenge? There are a limited number of slots in the competitive waves. These athletes will be the first on the course with the opportunity to be recognized as the top obstacle course racers in the country. Completion of all obstacles or penalties is mandatory to qualify for prizes and podium positions.
Competitive waves of 250 participants per wave will take off from the starting gates with the top three (3) fastest men’s, women’s and teams earning prizes. First place finishers from each category will receive a complimentary invitation to compete in the Dragon Dash championships to be announced in 2015.

Competitive waves will start at 6:30 a.m. Once the competitive waves set off, all other Dragon Dash participants will take off from the starting line every 15 minutes until all waves are complete.
