Phát triển bất động sản tiếp tục là chủ đề đáng quan tâm nhất của nền kinh tế Việt Nam năm 2016. Các dự án lớn liên tục được ra mắt và triển khai khiến cho thị trường không ngừng sôi động.

Bài trình bày tập trung vào phân khúc thị trường bất động sản nhà ở tại các thành phố lớn, chủ yếu là Hà Nội và thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Sức mua trên thị trường tiếp tục mạnh mặc dù có những lo ngại về thừa cung trong một số khu vực bất động sản cao cấp ở các thành phố lớn. Bài trình bày sẽ cung cấp diễn biến mới nhất trên thị trường này cũng như những dự báo trong tương lai gần.

It will analyze capital flows into real estate and the impact on the market. It will also provide a summarize on regulatory policy on the real estate market, including urban planning, infrastructure development, and tax.

This panel, which consists of speakers from The Ministry of Construction, an economist, a banker and developers will discuss the movement of the capital flow into real estate and how it is shaping the market, the growth of mortgage products by the banks, the different sources of funding both domestic and international, and the possibilities of market regulations.

The presentation’s focus is on the residential estate markets in big cities, Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh.
