IT'S THE SHIP AFTERMOVIE 2014

Voted JUICE magazine’s “Most Talked About Event of 2014”, the second installment of IT’S THE SHIP will take place over four-days and three-nights from 20 – 23 November 2015, departing from the Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore to tropical Langkawi and back. This year, an expected 3,800 guests are expected to be hosted onboard Royal Caribbean International’s Mariner of The Seas.

CABIN PACKAGE:

In addition to admission to all music events during the duration of the cruise, the price of your cabin also includes:

• 4 days and 3 nights accommodation
• Round trip cruise from Singapore to Langkawi
• Free entrance to a beach party with roundtrip on-ground transfers
• All meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, 24-hour room service* (including a gourmet fare in the formal dining rooms and casual outdoor grill)
• Non-carbonated beverages (water, tea, coffee, juices, milk)
• Government taxes and fees
• Entry to all IT’S THE SHIP events on and off the ship
• Complimentary use of most of the ship’s facilities including casino, swimming pools and whirlpools, rock-climbing, ice-skating rink, health and fitness center.

CABIN PACKAGE PRICE ALREADY INCLUDES TAX FEE OF 3,108,000VND (US$148) PER PERSON

Your ITS THE SHIP 2015 cabin price does NOT include:

• Alcoholic beverages
• Soft drinks
• Non-refundable Service Fees charged by the cruise line. These fees are charged to your onboard account when you board the ship. Fees vary by cruise line and sailing, and are subject to change without notice.
• Spa treatments and certain specialty exercise classes
• Laundry
• Photographs
• Casino
• Ship-to-shore phone, email, Internet, fax
• Shore excursions
• Airfare
• Ground transportation to/from the Port
• Travel insurance
• Food and beverages at off-site events.
• Other optional items not limited to the above

INSTRUCTION:

Embarkation begins 1:00pm to 4pm on the 20th of November 2015.

The airport is approximately 40 mins from the port. You should plan your arrival for the morning of November 2015 to give you ample time to make your way to the port.

Last disembarkation is at 10:30am on the 23rd of November 2015. You can schedule a flight departure for the afternoon of the 23rd.

The cruise will leave and return to the port of Singapore: Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore (MBCCS):

CHECK IN:

For your comfort and convenience we recommend you arrive at the Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore for ship check-in formalities beginning at the boarding time stated in your cruise documents but no later than 1.5 hours prior to scheduled sail time.

BAGGAGE DROP OFF:

Porters will be available to receive baggage to be checked prior to check-in at the Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

From the ECP (East Coast Parkway)

• Take exit 17A – Marina Place / Marina South / Central Boulevard.
• Turn left to stay on Marina Place
• Turn right at Marina Boulevard.
• Slight right to continue along Marina Coastal Drive.
• Drive past Marina South Pier (on your left) and the Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore is the next building on the left.

PARKING:

Limited Parking is available.

CHANGE RESERVATION:

The guest who places a reservation for a cabin onboard IT’S THE SHIP 2015 will be considered as the cabin’s “Lead Guest” and is the “owner” of the reservation. The Lead Guest is therefore solely responsible for initiating or authorizing changes to the reservation, and must agree in writing to any changes made to the reservation, by emailing info@itstheship.com

During the reservation process you can opt to provide guest(s) details at a later date up until 30 days prior to sailing (i.e. 20th October 2015).

If Guest details have been provided and lead passenger would like to make changes the following administrative fees per name change will be charged:

• $50.00 per person, per change, for name changes through to 1st OCTOBER, 2015
• $100.00 per person, per change, for name changes from 1st OCTOBER 2015 through to NOVEMBER 6th 2015

Your cabin number is subject to change without notice at the discretion of the cruise line.

CANCELLATION 

Due to the unique nature of our event, we have a very strict cancellation policy. We HIGHLY recommend that passengers consider purchasing travel insurance.

• You can cancel on or before 8 am (SST) on JUNE 1, 2015 for a full refund.

• From 8:00 am (SST) on June 1, 2015 to 8 am August 1, 2015 – passengers may be refunded 50% of all monies paid to date.

• As of 8:00 am (SST) on August 1, 2015 all monies paid (including your instalment down payment) are non-refundable. There will be no refunds given for those who do not show up on time, unused tickets or after the Cruise has occurred.

• No-Shows
 – There will no refunds given for those who do not board the ship on time, unused tickets, or after IT’S THE SHIP 2015 has occurred. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information on our cancellation policy:

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Please email info@itstheship.com to cancel your reservations.

• Again, we highly recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance.

Please note the cancellation provision of these Terms & Conditions applies to the Cruise, regardless of any representations made by RCI, whether in its passenger contract terms or elsewhere. All rights granted to passengers in the RCI passenger contract relating to the payment or refund of cruise fare and to cancellations by passengers shall not be operative.

*IT’S THE SHIP 2015 is an over 18 event.

*All of your documentation must be valid. If you show up to the port with expired documents, you will be denied boarding by the port authorities. 

As you will be in two countries (Singapore and Malaysia), please ensure that your passport has a minimum 6-month validity. Please also ensure that you have the appropriate visas for travel into Singapore and Malaysia.

Please note: Baptismal papers and hospital certificates of birth are not acceptable. Voter registration cards or Social Security cards are not considered proof of citizenship.

**Gratuities will be charged to your cabin account at the time of boarding in the amount of 774,000 VND( USD$36) per person for standard cabins (Junior Suites and smaller) and 914,000VND (USD$42.50) per person (for Grand Suites and larger).
