Speakers:

Loc Phan - PYCO Principal Front-end Developer
Loc Phan is an Application Engineer turned Front-end Developer. He focuses on creating good user experiences (UX) and high-performance applications. He's a fan of functional programming and static typing. 

Hung Pham - PYCO Technical Architect
Hung Pham is keen on self-learning and spends much of his time researching. He’s been working on web applications from client-side to server-side. He is an out-an-out team player who lives by the motto: “Together we deliver.”
