Với mong muốn đem âm nhạc khu vực đến Sài Gòn, dù rất gần nhưng vẫn rất tách biệt với cộng đồng khu vực và đem âm nhạc Sài Gòn giới thiệu với bạn bè quốc tế, sự kiện Kẻ Ngoài Cuộc được thực hiện nhằm đem lại sự tiếp cận mới với âm nhạc và mang những người anh em Metal trong khu vực lại gần nhau hơn. Hy vọng với Kẻ Ngoài Cuộc , anh em sẽ có những giờ phút điên loạn cùng nhau trong âm nhạc.

We're bringing metal bands from across the ocean to Saigon to a showdown with Vietnamese metal bands. We hope this will bring a new wave of extreme metal into Vietnam and will bring metal brothers from the region closer to each other. V Thrash & Out The Run

V Thrash is an organization that focus on bringing quality metal bands from around the world to Saigon. Originally was Rock Thursdays, promoted large scale metal shows in Mexico for famous metal bands around the world: Dio, Motörhead, Deicide, Testament, Slayer, …

Out The Run is an organization want to bring a diversity of music choices especially rock/ metal/ experimental, … to the majority of Vietnamese then build up the music scene in Vietnam. Starting from projects which included music shows, instruments, recording, Out The Run hope for a strong development of Vietnamese music in the near future.
