Saigon International Guitar Festival 2018

Là Festival Guitar cổ điển thường niên đầu tiên ở Việt Nam, được tổ chức từ năm 2014, SIGF đã giới thiệu nhiều nghệ sĩ guitar danh tiếng thế giới, từng đoạt giải nhiều cuộc thi lớn đến với công chúng TP, như Paul Cesarczyk, Salvatore Fodera (2014), Jeremy Jouve, Rene Izquierdo, Anton Baranov (2015), Lê Hoàng Minh, và Andras Csaki (2016), Thomas Csaba  và Paulo Inda (2017). 

SIGF is the first annual classical guitar festival in Viet Nam. It was launched in 2014 and has quickly assumed leadership in the development of the art of guitar in the country, presenting many international acclaimed guitarists, winners of such prestigious competitions as GFA Guitar Competition (USA) and many more. Among the artists are Paul Cesarczyk, Salvatore Fodera (2014), Jeremy Jouve, Rene Izquierdo, Anton Baranov (2015), Le Hoang Minh and Andras Csaki (2016), Thomas Csaba and Paulo Inda (2017). 

SIGF 2018 trân trọng giới thiệu 4 concerts chính vào các ngày  31/10, 1, 3 và 4/11/2018. Để biết chương trình chi tiết xin click vào từng concert.

Giới thiệu về các nghệ sĩ sẽ tham gia SIGF 2018:

Gerard Abiton always renews his repertory in quest of musical emotions, unbelievable perfection, and simple happiness, which he easily shares.A story close to his heart, shall we say. Gerard Abiton performs regularly on international stages. He is regularly invited at international events, plays recitals, chamber music and also plays with orchestras in many countries. He has been soloist with National Symphonic Orchestra of Cuba, Collegium Musicum of Bale, Sinfonia of Manchester, Symphonic Orchestra of Orleans, Orchestre du CRR de Paris, Ensemble Orchestral Stringendo de Paris, Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, National Symphonic Orchestra of Mexico, Orchestre Symphonique du Rhin and many others. In  1981, Gerard Abiton won the 37th International Contest of Musical Execution of Geneva and the "Franck Martin" special price  from the Musicians Association of Geneva. In  1983, he became the winner of the Georges Cziffra association. Since 2010 he teaches at the "Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional" and the "Pôle Supérieur" of Paris (France) and he regularly sits at juries of nationals and international contests. 

Gerard Abiton luôn đi tìm những cảm xúc mới mẻ cho nhạc mục biểu diễn của mình; ông theo đuổi sự hoàn hảo đến khó tin và một thứ hạnh phúc giản dị mà ông có thể dễ dàng chia sẻ. Abiton biểu diễn thường xuyên ở khắp nơi trên thế giới. Ông đã từng chơi cùng với các dàn nhạc National Symphonic Orchestra of Cuba, Collegium Musicum of Bale, Sinfonia of Manchester, Symphonic Orchestra of Orleans, Orchestre du CRR de Paris, Ensemble Orchestral Stringendo de Paris, Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, National Symphonic Orchestra of Mexico, Orchestre Symphonique du Rhin và nhiều dàn nhạc khác. Năm 1981, Gerard Abiton đã đoạt Quán quân cuộc thi “International Contest of Musical Execution” lần thứ 37 tại Geneva và giải Đặc biệt "Franck Martin" từ Hội Nhạc sĩ Geneva. Năm 1983, Ông trở thành người nhận giải thưởng của hiệp hội Georges Cziffra. Từ năm 2010, Ông giảng dạy tại trường "Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional" và "Pôle Supérieur", Paris (Pháp) và thường xuyên là giám khảo của nhiều cuộc thi trong nước và quốc tế.

Leon Koudelak was 1987 finalist at the prestigious guitar competition “Fundation Jacinto e Inocencio Guerrero” in Madrid and 1989 at the "Andres Segovia" international guitar competition in Palma de Mallorca. He also received for his artistic performances the Appreciation Price from the Austrian Federal Ministry for science and research. He study with the most famous guitarist and teacher such Karl Scheit at the Vienna Music University, at the Zurich University of the Arts with Konrad Ragossnig and with Julian Bream in Liechtenstein and obtained the Bachelor Degree, Master Degree (Mag.Art.) and the Master of Arts Education Degree.

Leon Koudelak từng góp mặt tại vòng chung kết hai cuộc thi guitar danh giá “Fundation Jacinto e Inocencio Guerrero” năm 1987 tại Madrid và cuộc thi "Andres Segovia" năm 1989 tại Palma de Mallorca. Thông qua các hoạt động biểu diễn, Ông cũng nhận được giải thưởng “Appreciation Price” của Bộ Khoa học và Nghiên cứu Liên bang Áo. Ông được học với các nghệ sĩ nổi tiếng như Karl Scheit tại Đại học âm nhạc Vienna, Konrad Ragossnig tại Đại học nghệ thuật Zurich, với Julian Bream tại Liechtenstein. Ông tốt nghiệp bằng Đại học và Thạc sĩ âm nhạc, cùng với bằng Thạc sĩ sư phạm âm nhạc.

Salvatore Foderà received the Masters in Music Performance and completed his studies with the Masters in Music Pedagogy with highest honours at the prestigious Musik-kademie in Basel (Switzerland) in 2011. Already as a very young guitarist, he performed at many international music festivals such as “Estri Armonici” in Parma, “Festival Mediterraneo della Chitarra” in Cervo, “Piediluco in Musica” in Terni, “Festival Niccoḷ Paganini” Parma. Both as a soloist and in chamber music ensemble he has given concerts in several countries of Europe, Asia and South America.

Salvatore Foderà nhận học vị Thạc Sĩ 2 chuyên ngành biểu diễn âm nhạc và sư phạm âm nhạc với thứ hạng cao nhất tại ngôi trường danh tiếng Musik-kademie ở Basel (Thuỵ Sĩ) năm 2011. Là một nghệ sĩ guitar trẻ, anh từng biểu diễn tại nhiều liên hoan âm nhạc quốc tế như “Estri Armonici” ở Parma, “Festival Mediterraneo della Chitarra” ở Cervo, “Piediluco in Musica” ở Terni, và “Festival Niccoḷ Paganini” Parma. Anh từng biểu diễn nhiều chương trình solo và hoà tấu thính phòng ở khắp châu Âu, châu Á và Nam Mỹ.

Described by Guitar Review Magazine as an “artist of uncommon command and maturity, with a broad, singing tone,” the Polish-born American guitarist Paul Cesarczyk is an active exponent of both the contemporary and the traditional repertoire. He made his New York City debut at the age of seventeen at Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall, and has been concertizing since then throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia. Mr. Cesarczyk is the recipient of several prestigious awards including the Andres Segovia Award, the Aaron Copland prize from ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers), the Artists International Award, a Kosciuszko Foundation Prize, and an Artistic Excellence Award from the New York State Senate.

Được mô tả trong tạp chí Guitar Review như một “Nghệ sĩ hàng đầu hiếm có và chín chắn, với một tiếng đàn khoáng đạt, du dương”, nghệ sĩ guitar người Mỹ gốc Ba Lan Paul Cesarczyk là một nghệ sĩ biểu diễn xuất sắc âm nhạc đương đại cũng như truyền thống. Ông ra có buổi hòa nhạc ra mắt khán giả tại phòng hòa nhạc “Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall” thành phố New York vào năm ông 17 tuổi, và từ đó Ông có nhiều buổi hòa nhạc rộng rãi khắp châu Âu, châu Á và tại Mỹ. Ông còn nhận được nhiều giải thưởng uy tín trong đó có giải Andres Segovia, giải Aaron Copland từ ASCAP, các giải Artists International Award, Kosciuszko Foundation và giải thưởng cho nghệ thuật xuất sắc từ New York State Senate.

Tomonori Arai was born in Shibuya, Tokyo, winner of the first Prize at the Junior Guitar Competition, the Student Guitar Competition, and the Spanish Guitar Music Competition. His recordings include solo CDs, "Abrir" "Castillos de Espana" "Simple Essence," guitar trio "Harpo Rhythm, and guitar duo “The Summer Islands” (Wood note studio, 2011 ) with Gen Matsuda and “Aqua in Summer Countries” (2014) with Hitoshi Miyashita. In April 2016 flute and guitar duo album "Beyond the Pyrenees" with Yoshie Ueno was released from Octavia Records. From 2013 to 2015 he performed in 12 different regions around Japan with flutist Yoshie Ueno for JELA (The Japan Evangelical Lutheran Association) sponsored charity event "child support charity concert of the world." Arai has held recitals in Germany, Austria, France, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Italy, Thailand, Nepal, and the Philippines. He is presently teaching in Ueno Gakuen University and the Gendai Guitar Academy.

Tomonori Arai sinh tại Shibuya, Tokyo; anh từng đoạt giải nhất ở các cuộc thi “Junior Guitar Competition”, “Student Guitar Competition” và “Spanish Guitar Music Competition”. Anh thu âm các đĩa độc tấu như: “Abrir”, “Castillos de Espana”, “Simple Essence”, cùng với đĩa tam tấu“Harpo Rhythm”, song tấu guitar “The Summer Islands” (Wood note studio, 2011) cùng với Gen Matsuda và “Aqua in Summer Countries” (2014) song tấu cùng Hitoshi Miyashita. Vào tháng tư năm 2016, Octavia Records phát hành album song tấu của anh cùng với nghệ sĩ flute Yoshie Ueno mang tên "Beyond the Pyrenees". Từ  năm 2013 đến năm 2015, anh đã biểu diễn tại 12 vùng miền khác nhau ở Nhật Bản cùng với nghệ sĩ flute Yoshie Ueno cho hiệp hội JELA (The Japan Evangelical Lutheran Association) trong chuỗi các hoạt động âm nhạc từ thiện giúp đỡ cho trẻ em trên thế giới. Arai cũng tổ chức các buổi biểu diễn ở Đức, Áo, Pháp, Cộng Hoà Séc, Bỉ, Ý, Thái Lan, Nepal và Philippines. Hiện nay anh giảng dạy tại Đại học Ueno Gakuen University và Học Viện Guitar Gendai.
