SINGAPORE'S GOLDEN JUBILEE AND FRIENDSHIP VIETNAM - SINGAPORE

Nhạc Viện Thành Phố Hồ Chí Minh trân trọng giới thiệu chương trình hòa nhạc Kỷ niệm Quốc Khánh Singapore lần thứ 50 và 40 năm quan hệ hữu nghị Việt Nam – Singapore được tổ chức tại Nhạc Viện TP. Hồ Chí Minh lúc 19 giờ 30 ngày Thứ sáu, 25/9/2015.

Bên cạnh tài chỉ huy của Nhạc trưởng-kiêm Giám đốc Âm nhạc SPO Adrian Tan, hai khách mời từ Singapore: nghệ sĩ violon Shan Yew và nghệ sĩ cello Noella Yan sẽ đảm nhận vai trò nghệ sĩ độc tấu. 

Shan Yew từng theo học tại nhiều trường âm nhạc nổi tiếng trên thế giới như Nhạc Viện Koninklijk- Bỉ, Đai học Yale- Mỹ, Nhạc Viện Sydney- Úc. Anh được mời vào vị trị concertmaster của nhiều dàn nhạc trên thế giới  và thường xuyên biểu diễn trong vai trò độc tấu và hòa tấu thính phòng.

Noella Yan là nghệ sĩ cello xuất thân từ gia đình âm nhạc. Trong suốt quá trình học tập, cô đã đạt nhiều giải thưởng và học bổng, tốt nghiệp bằng Thạc sĩ kép trong cả hai lĩnh vực Biểu diễn và Hòa tấu thính phòng tại Đại học Michigan - Mỹ. Cùng với các nhóm nghệ sĩ khác nhau, Noella đã lưu diễn nhiều nước trên thế giới, đặc biệt chú trọng đến việc giới thiệu tác phẩm mới của các nhạc sĩ đương đại.

Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music is proud to introduce the concert “Singapore’s Golden Jubilee & Friendship Vietnam - Singapore” to celebrate the Singaporean 50th National day and the wonderful collaboration 40th year between Vietnam and Singapore at our Concert Hall on September 25th, 2015.

The concert is performed by the Saigon Philharmonic Orchestra, with Conductor-Music Director Adrian Tan and two soloist from Singapore: Yew Shan, violinist and Noella Yan, cellist.

Yew Shan has studied at many prestigious music institutes in the world such as Koninklijk Conservatorium - Belgium, Yale University - USA, Sydney Conservatorium of Music - Australia. He has been the concertmaster of many orchestras and frequently performed as the soloist and chamber musician.

Noella Yan is a cellist who has the musical tradition in family. She has awarded many prizes and scholarships, graduated the Double Masters in both Performance and Chamber Music at the University of Michigan. With different chamber music groups, she has performed in many countries in the world, and becomes an avid musician in premier the contemporary compositions.
