ABOUT SPEAKERS

1. Ryan Galloway
Ryan Galloway has been iCare Benefits' Director of Strategy since August 2011.  As the current head of current head of the Corporate Action division, Ryan leads all fundraising and M&A activity globally, including both equity and debt financing.  He also represents home offices interest in new market expansion.  Previously, as the head of Global Partnership Development, Ryan drove iCare's  enterprise acquisition division through acquiring iCare's international branding partners and training the international partner development team.  He personally was responsible for closing agreements with employers totaling nearly 1 million workers. 
Prior to iCare Benefits, Ryan co-founded Auxesia Holdings, a boutique M&A brokerage based in Vietnam.  He led sell-side negotiations with local and regional private equity investors, and helped to scale the team from 6 to 50 people across two countries within 6 months.  Previous to Auxeisa, Ryan was engaged in M&A work in Tokyo and New York, with litigation practice in Ohio and Washington DC.
Ryan has a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and an MBA in Global Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management.  He speaks conversational Vietnamese and Japanese.

2. Jude Nesa Rajah

 Jude Nesa Rajah had 25 years of international management experience in oil and petrochemical companies namely Singapore Refining Company (SRC) and Poval Asia Pte Ltd.  He had also previously held the directorship of DC Contractors Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Davy Group of Companies.  Jude is a certified Internal Auditor for Quality Management System ISO9001:2008 and Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004.  He is also an alumni of our MBA International Business from the University of Greenwich.  His passion is sharing his wealth of knowledge in international business to the new generation of business leaders.

3. Victor Burrill
Victor Burrill (UK) is an educator, consultant and corporate trainer who has worked with over 60 corporations, including Abbott Laboratories, PWC, Mercedes Benz and Electrolux. He loves business and the world of business and has more than 25 years’ management experience at every level of the corporate ladder, including as General Manager of 3 companies.  He has facilitated hundreds of seminars and executive education and soft skills programmes, and has worked with some of the world’s top trainers, educators and speakers. Victor has a Graduate Diploma in Business Management and an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business.
