INTRODUCTION

Training and Human Resource Development has become an important function within any dynamic organisation. Many establishments carry out in-house training programmes with the help of departmental trainers or external consultants. Departmental trainers provide mainly line and operational training that has to be carried out professionally and effectively for maximum gain.

OBJECTIVES
