SAIGON HEAT
Founded in 2011, Saigon Heat is the first professional basketball team in Vietnam. The team’s emblem of a red fire represents its hometown pride and symbolizes its founders’ burning desire to develop and elevate basketball as one of the most popular sports in Vietnam.
After 20 consecutive thrilling games from home court to host court, Saigon Heat made it to Playoffs round at the very last minute. This is what Saigon needs to do: Beating the most potential competitor currently - Hongkong Eastern Long Lion to enter Final round for the first time at the biggest basketball league across the territorial - ABL. The more fans to come, the more promising Saigon Heat is to get closer to the champion.

Eastern Sports Club is a familiar face in the sports world of Hong Kong. Operating in the country since 1932, the team has reached major success in the Hong Kong Football Association, steadily climbing divisions until it reached Division 1 in 2007.
Its basketball team has also found great success, competing in the Hong Kong A1 Division in 2014. Several members of the team also represent the country in FIBA Asia competition. According to Hong Kong Eastern Long Lions, joining the ABL will be a great boost to their sports program in Hong Kong.
