Michael Learns To Rock is a Danish pop/soft rock band, composed of Jascha Richter, Mikkel Lentz, and Kare Wanscher. The band was formed in 1988 and have sold over 11 million records over the course of their career, with the majority sold in Asia. Despite being Danish, the band performs songs in English. The band has attributed its success in Asia to their clean-living image.
MLTR has earned Gold and Platinum status for records in many countries and won many awards, including the Gold Preis Award from RSH, Germany and "The Best Performing Act of the Year" at the SEA Grammy Awards in Singapore. In addition, their song "Take Me To Your Heart" was awarded "most downloaded single of the year 2006" had 6 million or more paid downloads.

Wonder Girls is a South Korean girl group formed by producer Park Jin-young under JYP Entertainment in 2006. Current line-up consists of Yubin, YeEun, Sunmi and HyeRim. WG are known for making music with retro dance-pop elements from 60s, 70s and 80s, which was heard on their hits "So Hot", "Nobody" and "I Feel You". The music video for "Nobody" is mostly inspired by African-American 1960's culture and famous R&B group The Supremes.
The group began their entry into the American market in 2009 as an opening act for The Jonas Brothers' World Tour, performing the English version of their hit single "Nobody". In late 2009, "Nobody" charted at #76 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, making WG the first South Korean group to enter the chart. To date, Billboard reports that WG have sold 19,000 albums in America.
