Terms & Conditions

Tickets are free and are only for admission to the YouTube FanFest main show taking place in Ho Chi Minh City on August 26, 2017. They do not include Meet & Greet or Creator Camp.

Purchasing for someone other than yourself/re-selling or buying tickets from an outside vendor is prohibited.

Attendees under 15 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years old or older at all times.

Entry will not be permitted in the absence of a valid government-issued photo ID or school ID with proof of age.

Transport and hotel fees are not included in the tickets.

The holder of this ticket grants its organizers and sponsors the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder’s appearance on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating hereto without any further approval of yours.

Rights of admission reserved at management’s discretion, even to valid ticket holders.

Areas at the event are built to capacity. Management reserves the right to hold entry to certain areas within the event to ensure a safe experience. If the venue reaches capacity, there is a possibility that entry will be refused.

Security procedures could apply, including frisking remain the right of the management.

No tickets for the event shall be used by any person for re-sale, advertising, promotional or commercial purposes, including but not limited to prizes, competition, contests or sweepstakes.

The event line-up and artist programming may change without official notice – Please check YouTube FanFest homepage for recent updates.

Filming on a personal device (included but not limited to camera, phone camera, video camera, tape recorder) is prohibited.

The following items are not permitted in the event and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue:

-Only soft, paper or cardboard banners that can be held by one person are allowed – No Oversized posters/banners/placards/signages with sticks or poles – NO LED Banners
-Obscene photos, vulgar language or political content printed on shirts or on carried-in articles such as posters, banners, placards and/or signages
-Professional cameras
-Non authorized professional recording equipment for unauthorized people/journalist without accredited badge
-Hard containers: Glass, PET/aluminum bottles, canned drinks, hard plastic containers
-Illegal substances including drugs, alcoholic drinks
-Liquids, alcohol, cigarettes and banned substances including outside food and drink
-Pyrotechnic items including fireworks, candles, lighters
-Dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, laser devices, iron bar, wooden bar, sharp object or material, helmets
-Any suspicious casual objects which can be used as a weapon or projectile including tools, chemicals, suspicious powder, umbrellas, selfie sticks
-Dangerous sport items including golf clubs, baseball bats, any kind of ball
-Flammable material including alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, pressurized cologne
-Any type of chairs
-Pets or animals

Backpacks and waist packs will be subject to inspection

The sponsors/bands/organizers/management are not responsible for, including but not limited any injury or damage that may occur during or at the event.

This event uses amplified sound. Earplugs and hearing protection at live concerts to reduce the risk of hearing damage is recommended, especially for children.

Strobe lighting at this event may trigger epileptic fits. Those with a history of epilepsy or any health condition that would be of concern must take adequate precautions. Consumption and possession of narcotics is strictly prohibited and those found possessing or consuming narcotics at the event will be immediately handed over to the anti-narcotics police.
No liability or claims that may arise due to the consumption or intake of any food or drink or any other consumption will be entertained by the management.
Any claims that may arise due to gross negligence will be settled exclusively in the courts in Vietnam.

Management will refuse entry to people under the influence of alcohol and other banned substances.
