Look no further, Taiwan Startup Stadium is here to help! Since 2016, TSS has held the bootcamp 4 times in Taiwan, twice in Thailand, and once for Japan and Korea, this year we’re holding our very first Term Sheet Bootcamp with VIISA and UP Coworking space in Ho Chi Minh City 🇻🇳!

Term Sheet Bootcamp is a 2-day boot camp designed to:

🔨 Build stronger connections among players in the local startup ecosystem

🌉 Bridge investors and startups

📚 Educate startups on term sheets and negotiations

With lectures, panel discussions with investors and legal experts, interactive workshops and role-playing, and 1-on-1 office hours with investors, our goal is to empower startups with the knowledge and skills to successfully fundraise.

HOW TO JOIN

Apply by completing application form on (1 ticket per person; 2 tickets maximum for each team).

We will review your team information & notify you of approval via Ticketbox ticketing system.

Upon getting approval notification, return to Eventbrite to complete the payment process within 3 days.

You will receive a confirmation QR code after completing purchase of the ticket.

Early Bird for Startups (Until Oct. 1) - 100 USD

Early Bird applicants will enjoy around 31% OFF discounted ticket price.

General Admission (- Oct. 6) 150 USD

Spots are limited and will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Apply early to make sure you secure your spot!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please register the ticket first, our team will review your application and we'll have the right to refund your ticket if your team isn't qualified for the boot camp. 

Tickets are not transferable or exchangeable.

Please fill in the first and last name in the application form to match with your full name on your ID card / passport which is required to be shown at registration.

PLEASE NOTE:

This event will provide complimentary lunch. However, breakfast will not be provided.

It is recommended that you bring a pen and notebook for note-taking.
