Chiara Squinzi - Founder of La Holista, Functional Medicine Practitioner®, Health Coach, Vegan Nutritionist, Nutrition Consultant, Yoga Teacher - Will be hosting a Q&A session and talk about how to get started or improve one's diet, questions that are related to HCMC - Where to eat and shop, how to deal with the transition and other questions on macronutrients, supplementation and meal options.

It's your chance to ask a health professional for advice and tips on how to improve your health and diet this 2020!
