“Have you ever wondered why to shake vs. stir a cocktail?

Learn the art of making cocktails at the Hive Café!

The class includes two cocktails, inspired by Vietnamese flavours and instruction on techniques like garnishing, shaking, and stirring. Two classes of cocktail inspired by the northern & southern Vietnamese flavours will be !

You’ll leave this class understanding how to make your own custom cocktails at home, as well as a few classics.
