Saigon International Guitar Festival: From Villa Lobos to John Lennon

SIGF 2017 sẽ chính thức khép lại với cuộc lãng du âm nhạc từ Châu Âu sang Nam Mỹ với các đại diện xuất sắc của 2 châu lục, nghệ sĩ Paul Cesarczyk người Mỹ gốc Ba Lan và nghệ sĩ Paulo Inda từ Brazil.

Described by Guitar Review Magazine as an “artist of uncommon command and maturity, with a broad, singing tone,” the Polish-born American guitarist Paul Cesarczyk is an active exponent of both the contemporary and the traditional repertoire. He made his New York City debut at the age of seventeen at Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall, and has been concertizing since then throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia. Mr. Cesarczyk is the recipient of several prestigious awards including the Andres Segovia Award, the Aaron Copland prize from ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers), the Artists International Award, a Kosciuszko Foundation Prize, and an Artistic Excellence Award from the New York State Senate.

Paulo Inda is a Classical Guitarist, Performer and Professor at the University of Rio Grande do Sul in the city of Porto Alegre - Brazil. He has toured North, South America, Europe and Asia several times in the past 20 + years, performing a wide range of repertoire from renaissance to the present day, including solo, chamber and orchestra engagements.“It’s been years since I heard the music of Radamés so wonderfully played, with that much passion and virtuosity. I’m sure if Radamés were alive today he’d be ecstatic about this CD and would have wanted Paulo to become a close friend. Paulo Inda là nghệ sĩ Guitar cổ điển và cũng là giáo sư tại Đại học Rio Grande do Sul tại thành phố Porto Alegre – Brazil. Anh đã đi lưu diễn ở Bắc Mỹ, Nam Mỹ, Châu Âu và Châu Á trong suốt hơn 20 năm qua với vốn nhạc mục đa dạng từ âm nhạc thời kì Phục Hưng cho đến nay, với các lối trình diễn như Độc tấu, Hoà tấu thính phòng và cùng với Dàn nhạc.
