Hội nghị đa phương thường niên được LIN tổ chức với mục tiêu tạo điều kiện kết nối các đối tác thuộc nhiều lĩnh vực trong xã hội để phát triển các hợp tác đa phương và chiến lược trong mục tiêu phát triển cộng đồng. Đây là dịp để các thành viên nòng cốt trong xã hội cùng tìm đến để học hỏi và chia sẻ kinh nghiệm, tìm kiếm cách tiếp cận mới trong hợp tác đa phương cũng như cơ hội tiếp cận với các đối tác tiềm năng trong lĩnh vực phát triển bền vững, chung tay xây dựng cộng đồng địa phương vì mục tiêu phát triển.

Hội Nghị Đa Phương lần này có được vận hành với mô hình mới tích hợp trực tuyến và gặp gỡ trực tiếp với các đối tác. Sự kiện quy tụ hơn 200 đại diện quốc tế và địa phương từ các doanh nghiệp, phi lợi nhuận, nhà nghiên cứu, học viện, truyền thông và chính phủ, những người có chung mục tiêu về phát triển, nhằm tạo ra một không gian sống và làm việc an toàn cho tất cả mọi người, và góp phần phát triển kinh tế xã hội bền vững tại Việt Nam.

💡 Tập huấn trực tuyến trước hội nghị (Thứ Năm, Ngày 20/8/2020): Đào tạo cho tổ chức phi lợi nhuận và doanh nghiệp tham gia hội nghị
💡 Hội Nghị Đa Phương Thường Niên: Lòng Tin. Đổi Mới. Cơ Hội (9h00-18h00, Thứ Năm, Ngày 27/8/2020) tập trung vào hai phần chính:

1. Kĩ Năng xây dựng quan hệ đối tác và lòng tin trong hợp tác đa phương (trực tuyến)
2. Những đổi mới trong các mối quan hệ đa phương (trực tuyến)

This conference is organized by LIN with an aim to connect various stakeholders across diverse sectors to form strategic and sustainable models for social impacts in local communities. This conference offers a unique platform to gain insights and experiences from innovative partnerships, exploring new approaches to cross-sector partnerships in Vietnam as well as distinguished opportunities to build meaningful contacts to further their good causes in the community.

It is a unique hybrid model of virtual skills-based workshops and sharing sessions as well as an exclusive real-life networking event to promote cross-sector partnerships. Therefore, this event suits well with both for profit and nonprofits organizations who are in the quest for meaningful and long term collaborations in the field of sustainable community development.

💡 Pre-Conference: Virtual Training for NPOs and Corporates - Thursday, 20th August 2020

💡 Annual Cross-Sector Conference “Trust, Innovation, and Opportunity” - From 9AM - 6PM, Thursday, 27th August 2020 and will focus on two main parts:

1. Skills in building partnerships and trust (virtual)
2. Innovations in cross-sector partnerships, (virtual)

Buổi tập huấn diễn ra trước thềm Hội Nghị Đa Phương Thường Niên để chuẩn bị các kiến thức và kĩ năng nền tảng cho người tham dự Hội Nghị. Buổi tập huấn sẽ cung cấp những hướng dẫn cụ thể và sinh động về chủ đề mà Hội Nghị sẽ đề cập cũng như cách thức tham gia Hội Nghị Trực Tuyến một cách hiệu quả nhất.

Nội dung tập huấn xoay quanh khái niệm ESG (Môi Trường, Xã Hội và Quản Trị) và cách thức ESG giúp định hướng hoạt động của doanh nghiệp với cộng đồng địa phương.

  For those who have never joined a virtual conference before, we will introduce how you can log on to the virtual conference and participate in Q&A and the discussion.
• 9:00 – 9:30 AM           Vietnam Development Trends, SDGs, and You  (Vietnamese)
  Speaker: Kelly Vo, LIN Center for Community Development
  In this short seminar, you will get an overview of the sustainable development goals and gain insight into how to talk about your work using the SDGs as a guide to development challenges in Vietnam. We aim to give nonprofit workers a strategic way to talk to funders about why they do what they do and how it contributes to the socio-economic situation in Vietnam.

• 10:00 – 10:45 AM       The Art of the Elevator Pitch (English with Vietnamese translation)
  Speakers: Mimi Vu and Van Ly, Raise Partners (Kelly, LIN to translate)
  In this workshop, you will learn how to introduce yourself and your work to make a good first impression. We will look at various “selling points” of your organization, such as mission, areas of focus, geography, programs, results or impact of your work, and how to make that digestible for a new contact or potential donor.  By the end of the session, you will be able to describe who you are and what you do in one sentence.

CORPORATE SECTOR WORKSHOPS 

• 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM     ESG is the new CSR (English)
  Speakers: John Ditty, Partner, KPMG in Vietnam; Mimi Vu and Van Ly, Raise Partners 
  Companies often find corporate citizenship and their approach to ESG an intimidating new process. In this workshop, we will lay out tips on how to set goals for corporate citizenship and ESG priorities, engage community partners, and communicate internally and externally in a strategic way that drives sustainability through various levels of the business.

ABOUT THE THEMES
TRUST.
Trust is the cornerstone of any partnership.
In order to successfully build a trust-based partnership, the foundation needs to be set upon the core values of Transparency and Integrity. Such wisdom is particularly relevant in a post-COVID-19 world where we need to cope with uncertainties while continuing to advance with our causes no matter what. And Trust will play an important role in alleviating doubts and hesitation in the decision making process that could lead to the make-or-break moments for any mission, project or even an organization. 
In this session, we are going to explore the importance of Trust and How to build trust-based partnerships via sharing sessions from pioneers and experts in Nonprofit sectors along with panel discussions about some of the success stories of trusted cross-sector partnerships in the community development sector.

INNOVATION.
It is more than just technology.
Prioritizing innovation could be the answer to unlocking new potential partnerships that help to advance good works in community development. So it requires fresh perspectives and approaches to ways we partner with each other across sectors.
In this session, we include presentations and workshops to debunk prevailing myths around Innovation in collaborations as well as introducing unusual yet breakthrough partnerships when all sectors come together towards a noble cause in Vietnam.

OPPORTUNITY.
Exploring opportunities in cross-sector partnerships.
Practical experience for both for-profit and nonprofit participants to gain meaningful contacts from different sectors. This session offers an interactive platform to learn and practice the art of networking, of how to make a good first impression and build rapport with contacts who may ultimately become new partners to further their good works in the community.
