LCL - Growth and Empowerment for Women

🌷 This workshop will dig into the core of our definition of Self- Worth and how it is defined among ourselves, as well as societal expectations. We will challenge you to rethink the way you understand your own self-needs and the importance of focusing on self-care. It will also open up new windows into how we can be our best selves without guilt, shame or fear about what other people think. If you are ready to grow and empowered, join us for this experience.

Meghan is an experienced educator who brings those skills into coaching. She has been involved in numerous community projects and lived on 4 continents. She has also traveled to over 30 countries and worked with many community outreach programs to build community and serve others.
She is highly appreciated by participants in terms of being a warm, kind, empathic and outgoing trainer. She always creates a learning atmosphere for participants to feel their most comfortable.
