About our speakers:

Qui Cao, Senior Salesforce Consultant, HCM Salesforce Developer Group

Qui has 8 years of experience in many roles of Business Analyst, Team Lead/ Project Assistant, IT Solution Consultant.  He is a Certified Salesforce Administrator and Certified Force.com Developer who has more than 5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM implementation, administration, development.  Qui has been working in consulting engagements in the areas of IT solutions for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for multiple industries including Education, Manufacturing, Insurance, Banking and Real Estate. He is now the head of CRM for one well-known bank in Vietnam. 

Tim Shuttleworth, Global Salesforce Product Manager, Ansarada

Tim has been certified on the Salesforce platform since 2005. He has implemented Salesforce as end-to-end business support/solution system for PAY TV companies, Telecommunications companies, and Fintech industries. Through this experience, he has engineered solutions that include sales leads from websites, optimised sales solutions, field service delivery, project management capabilities, customer service excellence centres, digital marketing enablement and financial service capability. Along with these, he has delivered integrations with global telephony systems and integrated product solutions.
