The Importance of Emotional Intelligence

🍀  The new trend is: everyone is trying to find who they are!!! Really! Try to google "test to know yourself", it will give you 34 million results in 0.54 seconds, or 16 million results in 0.62 seconds for the "know your personality quiz" search. From Briggs-Myers 16 personality tests, to DISC, to dermatoglyphics (or fingerprints analysis), to horoscopes, to many other pop quizzes that constitute those millions of results. 

😇  We are all trying to define ourselves, trying to find what is Right and Wrong for us, what we can contribute to advance in life, and ultimately... how we can be happy harmoniously and sustainably!

However we often forget that we all have different families, different cultural conditions, different talents, and different limitations, and all those variations participate in creating different reactions, different emotions, thus different life experiences for each of us. But those are the things that create our memories, our hidden emotions, our UNCONSCIOUS MINDS, and the PERSON we are today!

So what can be the means of those variations? What categories can we create to put all those uniquenesses in to define who we are? ARE WE ONE IN 7.6 BILLION OR ARE WE JUST ONE IN 16 PERSONALITY TYPES?
