[ LEADERSHIP TALK PROGRAM ]

One of the subjects Toastmasters International addresses in its Leadership Series is “Service and Leadership”. It introduces the leader’s role is to SERVE the team members by helping the group work together, to provide structure, and to facilitate discussion. 

In terms of Characteristics, the Team Leaders put the needs of the team members ahead of their own. They have confidence in the abilities of the team and feel an obligation and desire to help them. As a result, the team moves forward, increases productivity and improves quality of the company or organization.

The purpose of this Talk - “Service Leadership in Work” is to reinforce the value of Service Leadership in Toastmasters and provide an outlook of its practice in work environment through the real experience, of real team leaders in the real work place.


[ DIVISION-V INTERNATIONAL SPEECH AND TABLE TOPICS CONTEST 2018 ]

Once a year, Division - V International Speech & Table Topics Contest is hold to find the best representatives in public speaking of Vietnam to compete with speakers from other nations. This year again, winners from previous Club & Area contests have to compete intensely so as to win a ticket to the next arena – the District level.
