Welcome to Ticketbox! The following are the terms of use (“Terms”) that govern your use of the websites and applications where this appears (collectively, the “Site”). Our Privacy Policy and any other policies, rules or guidelines that may be applicable to particular offers or features on the Site are also incorporated into these Terms. By visiting or using the Site, you expressly agree to these Terms, as updated from time to time.

While some of the events listed on the Site may appeal to children, the Site is not targeted at children under the age of 12 and above the age of 5, and they are not permitted to use the Site. We strongly encourage all parents and guardians to monitor the Internet use by their children. If you use the Site, you affirm you are at least 12 years old.

Children under 18 years old and above 5 years old must not go alone, they must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The adult accompanying the minor must be booked under the same zone.

BILLING INFORMATION VERIFICATION
Orders are processed only after a billing address and other billing information have been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket package order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If we are unable to reach you after our initial attempt, we may cancel your order and may sell your ticket package to another customer without further notice.

LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. Unfortunately, tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight and heat can damage some tickets.

LICENSE AND EJECTION
A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused. A ticket is not redeemable for cash. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. Event providers reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with event provider rules.

RECORDING, TRANSMISSION AND EXHIBITION
You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event. You grant permission to us and the event provider(s) to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.

YOU ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH
You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under certain facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, laser pointers, strobe lights, irritants (e.g., artificial noisemakers), bundles and containers.

STANDING SECTION
1. Standing sections are open to adults and minors 5 - 17 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a ticket bearing guardian in the same section (1:3 ratio)
2. Parents/guardians will be responsible for their kids’ safety at all times.
3. Minors without parents/guardians will not be allowed in the standing section.
4. Pregnant women and patrons with medical condition/s are not allowed in the standing section.
5 . People under 1.4 meters should be aware that their views may be obstructed. Please do not bring the supportive things to stand on and be accompanied by an adult for safety.
6. Only Maximum of 4 tickets are allowed to purchase per transaction.
Check-in location and time information will be emailed out by TICKETBOX 3-5 days prior to the day of the show. If you have not received this 3 days before the show please contact us immediately at cs@ticketbox.vn or operation.team@ticketbox.vn All tickets are non-refundable. Non-transfer or re-sold ticket.
You must bring a valid photo ID matching the purchaser/attendee name on this order. Those who cannot present a photo ID matching the purchaser name on the order will be turned away. TICKET CANNOT BE RESOLD. Please check with the venue directly for any age restrictions.

The Terms and Conditions stated herein may be subject to change as deemed necessary by the Organizers and Sponsors without prior notice.
