All day event and workshops are pay-what-feels-right. At the event you will be invited to pay the amount that you feel is right for your participation. The money will go to support the Fablab community and similar initiatives.

What is Arduino day ?

Arduino Day is a worldwide celebration of Arduino’s birthday. Find out at https://day.arduino.cc.

Who can participate ?

All user groups, makerspaces, hackerspaces, fablabs, associations, teachers, pros, and newbies are welcome to participate. Let’s make this the biggest birthday party so far!

What can we do during Arduino day ?

You can attend an event or organize one for your community. It doesn’t matter whether you are. Arduino Day is open to anyone who wants to celebrate Arduino and Genuino and all the things that have been done (or can be done!) with them. The events will offer different types of activities, tailored to local audiences all over the world.

About Fablab Saigon

Fablab Saigon started in March 2014. It is a small-scale workshop offering (personal) digital fabrication. Fablab want to be a creative and social place to empower a local community to test and innovate. As of September 2015, there were 565 Fab labs in the world. Fablab Saigon is an attempt to fix this and offer a fablab space in the heart of the dynamic Ho Chi Minh City. We are listed on www.fablabs.io.

Why we organize this event in Viet Nam?

We want to introduce newbies to the world of Arduino boards and their exciting possibilities.
We want to enable existing users of Arduino boards to showcase their Arduino projects.
We want to grow an Arduino community in Vietnam and connect it with the global Arduino community.
